♔ Kingdom

Local first · Open source · Cloud optional

Your models.
Your computers.
One workspace.

Kingdom is an adaptive AI harness for completing tasks across models, agents, tools and approved clusters of computers. Start on one computer and connect more when the work calls for it.

This is a public information page. Your running Kingdom workspace stays on your own server.

The core idea

A harness that grows with the work.

Plan bounded work, place it on suitable resources, execute with approved tools, verify the outcome, remember useful evidence and adapt the next assignment.

01

Choose your connections

Use configured model providers and optional agent adapters. Kingdom's direction is model and harness independence; Hermes is an option, not a requirement. Compatibility depends on the adapter and available hardware.

02

Bring computers together

Pair approved machines and grant explicit capabilities. Current distributed execution is bounded; read the delivery gates before expecting arbitrary remote coding or pooled model memory.

03

Keep evidence and authority

Persistent tasks, reusable skills and reviewed knowledge support the workflow. Models propose actions; permission checks and verification govern execution. Stored chat alone is not proof of learning.

Start with what is available

Read. Download. Build.

Release assets and platform support vary. Check the release notes, checksums and installation requirements before choosing a download. Development-branch capabilities may not be included in a published installer.

Use local resources first.

Cloudflare Pages can host this information page. Optional hosted storage, accounts and email are planned integrations, not requirements for running Kingdom locally. Model APIs, hardware and hosting may have their own costs. No cloud account, model connection or data upload is created by visiting this page.
